How not to be hungry all the time.

New Year, New Format

How long till dinner?! Clock watching when you’re hungry is no fun!

Welcome to the new format. I’ll be publishing the newsletter weekly now, with a narrower focus for each issue, and more actionable news and tips. Do let me know how this is working for you by sending me an email with your thoughts - positive or otherwise. And, as always, if you think this could help someone else you know, please share it with them.

Let’s take a careful look at the research.
